The Faith That Does Justice Seminar was developed in the hopeful spirit of Pope Leo XIV’s election and his decision to take the name Leo in honor of Pope Leo XIII, whose landmark encyclical Rerum Novarum launched the modern tradition of Catholic social teaching.

This seminar series invites participants to explore how the Church’s social vision continues to speak to the urgent questions of our time: human dignity, the common good, solidarity, the dignity of work, care for the poor, peace, and responsibility for creation. Through these Zoom sessions, we hope to offer a space for thoughtful reflection, faith-filled conversation, and practical application of Catholic social teaching to personal life, public life, and the challenges facing our communities today. we invite you to explore the Zoom links for each session and join us in this rich opportunity for learning, prayer, and action.
